Sign Language: We have two BSL (British Sign Language for the deaf) signers in our church who interpret for our deaf members during Sunday Morning Worship and at Geof & Jan's (Boscombe East) Care Group on Tuesday evenings.

Disability Access: The Richmond Park Church building is accessible by wheelchair, including the back rooms where prayer meetings and Young People's Fellowship are held, but there are no disabled toilet facilities other than a support rail in one of the usual size cubicles in both the gents and ladies toilets. As the Sunday evening Prayer Meeting is usually accessed by the side door (up a few steps) we would need to know in advance if wheelchair access is needed, or else you could telephone from a mobile phone when you arrive, so that the front door can be opened for you.

Giving / Tithing: We believe in the Biblical principle of tithing, that is, giving the first ten percent of your income to the church, but this is entirely voluntary and left to personal choice. It is possible to Gift Aid any money given to the church and we have forms available for you to sign to confirm this if applicable.

Housekeeping and Practical Information

Membership: We don't have a formal membership system that you need to sign up to. We call someone a "church member" if they regularly attend on Sundays, join a Care Group, and share their gifts and talents with the church by getting involved with other groups and activities.
