Michelle and Mark are ready and waiting to greet UK students to Richmond Park Church! Mark graduated with a degree in Drama from Winchester Uni in 2008, and Michelle graduated from the University of Kent many many years ago, in 1995, with a degree in History and Politics. Both are missing their student days and would like to re-live the experience vicariously through an influx of 18 to 30's at RPC. They remember the highs and lows of student life, love Jesus, and would love to share their great wealth of wisdom and knowledge about the Christian walk with other eager young minds.

Help! We're geeks!

The plan is to then start up a support group for students to help them practically, emotionally and spiritually during their time here in Bournemouth. We have lots of ideas, but we don’t yet have a set agenda or timetable, and this gives us the freedom to design the group around you, making it what you want it to be and meeting at a time that best suits you.

Richmond Park Church is a relaxed Bible-focused independent church situated in Boscombe (a 10 minute walk from McDonalds). We've got a congregation of around 60 people, so we’re not so small we've only got one row of chairs, but we're not big enough for you to get lost in the crowd!

Club Chaplain

Jon Oliver is the local Club Chaplain for the Bournemouth area. Jon and his team go round the streets of Bournemouth’s nightclubs and bars chatting to people, helping people home safely, praying for people, etc. They are also always on the lookout for more volunteers to join their team.
